Responsibilities included researching potential clients, assisting with email and phone outreach, updating CRM records, and supporting the sales team in day-to-day operations. Gained hands-on experience in prospecting, communication, and sales process execution within a fast-paced commercial environment.

    They also contributed to preparing sales materials, coordinating follow-ups, and analysing campaign data to identify new opportunities. Throughout the internship, they developed strong organisational skills, improved their understanding of customer needs, and gained practical exposure to modern sales tools and techniques, making them a valuable support to the wider sales team.

  • Experienced in identifying growth opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue across key markets. As a Business Development Manager, responsibilities included developing sales strategies, pitching services to potential clients, and nurturing long-term partnerships. Skilled in managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing—while ensuring a high standard of client satisfaction.

    In addition, contributed to market research, competitive analysis, and the development of tailored proposals to support strategic decision-making. Worked closely with internal teams to align service offerings with client needs, helping to streamline processes and improve overall business performance.
